The Auto Blog queue keeps the progress of planned, generated, and published articles even after you leave the page. The new Saved area brings articles and reports together and lets you open an article directly in the editor.

A six-step checklist follows your initial setup and shows what is left to do before you can make the most of Contentor’s main features.

Your brand details, tone of voice, author experience, and terms to avoid now guide every generation. The editor also creates structured data automatically and shows a simple checklist of improvements for appearing in AI answers.

Before publishing, Contentor checks the site address, application password, and user permissions. If something is wrong, the message explains what needs to be adjusted.

Articles generated in bulk are now saved as soon as they are ready. If you refresh or close the page, you can continue where you left off, and Contentor retries when a save fails.

You can now turn an audience question into a complete article plan. Contentor suggests the main answer, understands what the reader is looking for, organizes related topics, recommends information for search engines, identifies sources and internal links, and prepares the article structure.

You can now organize a topic into a main page and supporting articles designed for Google and AI tools. The plan includes related topics, links between pages, and calls to action, and it is saved in your project.

If you prefer a guided start, you can now answer a few questions about your business. Contentor uses those answers to prepare the strategy, organize topics, suggest the first articles, and plan links between them before publication.

Turning Automatic mode on or off now only changes that setting. The guided setup no longer opens by itself.

Beginner Mode now shows what you have completed, includes a guide for connecting WordPress, and makes it easier to return to the dashboard. During the trial, you can create up to 6 pieces of content; publishing remains available on paid plans.

The dashboard menu now follows the natural order of the work: plan, create, and publish. The main options are easier to find.

Portuguese pages now use shorter, easier-to-read addresses. Blog links and the page list sent to search engines were also updated.

Dashboard screens now follow the same title and width pattern. The backlink purchase flow is also clearer and works better on mobile devices.

New automatic internal linking feature available. The system now suggests and inserts relevant internal links in your articles to improve SEO and navigation.

Now, informative articles, top lists, and ready-made structures are generating images with AI. Soon, others will also be generating images with AI.

Great news! 🎉 You no longer need to enter your OpenAI API key to generate articles and use the platform. We cover all the costs to ensure the best experience for both beginners and advanced users. Google APIs for Advanced Searches are still required for PRO users, but we’re working on making them unnecessary in the future as well.

We are finalizing a new article type: YouTube Video to Article. It will be available in the coming weeks.

We've added the ability to copy keywords directly from the Cluster Map. You can now simply click on any node in the map to copy the keyword to your clipboard. A visual notification and highlight effect confirm when the text has been successfully copied, making it faster and easier to work with your cluster keywords.

It is now possible to generate articles based on previously planned structures within Contentor. Additionally, you can customize the number of words and paragraphs for each headline.

The generation of unique articles is now organized by different types, ensuring higher quality and SEO standards. Meanwhile, mass generation allows you to create up to 50 informational articles at once, currently exclusive to this content type. Report bugs easily through our contact form.
