Click "Free download", enter your name, email and WhatsApp, and save the file without unzipping it.

In your dashboard go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and choose the file.

Frequently asked questions
Will llms.txt make ChatGPT cite my site?
There is no guarantee: llms.txt is a proposed standard that not every assistant reads yet. It organizes your content for the tools that do and costs almost nothing to maintain.
What if I already have an llms.txt file?
A physical file in your site root takes precedence. The plugin warns you on its settings screen so you can decide which one to keep.
Does it work when WordPress is in a subfolder?
Yes. The plugin answers at the right path for your install.
